This past week we attended a banquet for Taylir and her cross country team who ended up taking the State Championship with both the girls and boys teams finishing in first place. Taylir had a great year and is looking forward to the last big race of the season that is called, "Footlocker" and is held in California the first weekend in December. She has been extremely busy training for it and going door to door in our neighborhood selling pies for the fundraising event. Anybody want a pie???

I'll take one... or two!! Anything I can do to help. I did the Footlocker in California in high school and LOVED it!! I remember we did a 24-hour relay run to raise money for ours. That is awesome that the xc team took state, in both boys and girls! What an accomplishment! Taylir will do awesome in CA!
