Burston Ponds

Friday evening we went camping with several families in our ward to Burston Ponds in Mona. It was a lot of fun and the kids had tons of water time! Whether kayaking, rope swinging or catching crawdads and frogs, they kept plenty busy while the grownups had a great time chatting and visiting at camp.

Luckily we had all of Friday to play in the water because Saturday morning we woke up to terrible wind and cold weather that actually brought SNOW to Mt. Timp if you can believe that! Everybody packed up pretty early that morning and headed home. While we were driving home the temperature dropped to 58 degrees......brrrrr! And it's August!!!!!!
